Rolling Stone Calls Out Disrespectful Photographers At The 2024 Met Gala In Stray Kids Article

The writer is being praised.

On May 6, Stray Kids made history as the first entire K-Pop group to attend the MET Gala. The members impressed with their coordinated Tommy Hilfiger outfits as brand ambassadors.

Yet, there are always haters present no matter what you do. Photographers were heard being “disrespectful” to Stray Kids in a video captured by media outlets. As the members posed until the moment they walked away, some photographers were vocally rude to them.

Paparazzi 1: Never seen so many unemotional faces in my life.
Paparazzi 2: They’re like robots.
Paparazzi 1: Yeah, right.
Paparazzi 1: Now let’s do it with feeling!

While photographers are expected to give directions on posing, one was heard yelling, “Everyone jump,” before another said, “How do you say right in Korean?” Some joked that it looked like they would start performing while complaining about how they were standing.

Naturally, protective leader, Bang Chan, went into “dad mode.” After courteously taking the photos, despite the rudeness they endured, he led the members up the stairs to the event.

Now, Rolling Stone UK has released an article, including an exclusive image from the event.

Rolling Stone UK also called out the “disrespectful photographers” in the article. In doing so, they praised Bang Chan for taking charge.

The article contained many references that only a true STAY could understand and appreciate. STAYs praised the writer for the wholesome and praise-worthy words.

Hopefully, Stray Kids know how well-loved they are!
