Following the grand finale that rewrote tvN channel’s K-Drama history, the beloved Queen of Tears aired a special episode of the cast behind the scenes.
In the two-part special episode, viewers got to see the longer, fuller versions of the passionate kiss scenes that only briefly made into one of the 16 episodes as a “compilation”…
