Recently RBW Entertainment revealed through their official fan cafe, “On April 20, a staff member of ONEWE has tested positive for COVID-19”.
Although all members of ONEWE tested negative on April 22, because they came in contact with the staff member, they will be going into self-isolation and receive additional testing, suspending their team activities for the time being.
Below is the full statement from the agency.
Hello this is RBW. On April 20, a staff member of ONEWE tested positive for COVID-19. Because ONEWE members were in close contact with the staff member, they all took tests and were confirmed negative on April 22.
All other staff members who also came in close contact were all tested negative as well.
According to the quarantine guidelines, the ONEWE members will go into self-isolation and receive additional testing afterward. Due to this, they will stop all activities until this period is over. We apologize for causing concern.
We will do our best to keep all of our artists healthy and safe. Thank you.
(The other artists in our company did not come in close contact with the staff member, but still went through preemptive COVID-19 testing. Everyone has currently tested negative.)
