H1GHR MUSIC Announces GOT7’s Jay B As Newest Artist Signed To The Agency
H1GHR MUSIC recently teased that they would be welcoming another artist to the agency, and it has finally been announced that GOT7‘s Jay B has officially joined the company.
H1GHR MUSIC posted a mysterious video on their YouTube channel showing mysterious snippets of the new signee.
At the end of the video, the artist took off their motorbike helmet, revealing themselves to be Jay B!
The label owned by Korean American musician Jay Park is home to South Korean rappers such as pH-1, Sik-K, and HAON.
In a tweet on H1GHR MUSIC’s Twitter account, the label welcomed Jay B to their company and announced that he would be releasing his first solo single on May 14, 6 PM (KST).

GOT7 made their debut in 2014 under JYP Entertainment but left the company in January following their contracts expiring.
Since then, most of the members had already signed contracts with new agencies. Youngjae signed with Sublime Artist Agency, Yugyeom joined AOMG, BamBam signed ABYSS COMPANY, Jinyoung joined with BH Entertainment, and Mark joined American talent agency CAA.
Unlike the other members, Jay B seemed more cautious about choosing his new label. However, since the teasers were first posted, many fans predicted that it would be Jay B. They also thought he would be the perfect fit for the label!
It will be exciting to see what the future holds for Jay B now that he has become part of the H1GHR MUSIC family!
