Stray Kids’ Bang Chan Reveals The Story Behind ATEEZ San’s Stretched Cardigan During “Kingdom”

During the recent episode of Mnet‘s Kingdom, the groups participated in a traditional sports day!

The penultimate event was the “tail catching” game, where the members had to stay in line with their group and try and pop the other team’s balloon.

On one team were BTOB, ATEEZ, and Stray Kids. Stray Kids’ Bang Chan was at the back with the balloon while holding on to ATEEZ’s San. During the episode, Mnet wrote the caption, “And the cardigan is stretched out like crazy.”

In his latest VLive, Bang Chan discussed what actually happened during the event after holding San’s cardigan.

I was originally going to hold on to his vest, but San said to me first, ‘Ah, I think it will be fine if you grab my cardigan because it stretches really well.’ After hearing that, I said, ‘Really? If you’re okay with it, then I’ll grab your cardigan.’

However, Bang Chan soon realized that the game was more intense than he expected. As the teams got faster, Bang Chan struggled to catch up, and San’s cardigan became one of the victims.

Bang Chan also explained how, after the event, he felt bad because it looked stretched.
