ENHYPEN Debuts On Billboard 200 At The Highest Spot Amongst All 2021 Releases So Far
ENHYPEN‘s second mini-album, Border: Carnival, made its debut on Billboard 200 chart at the highest position for any 2021 release so far!
The Billboard 200 chart tracks the 200 most popular albums per week in the United States. The popularity is determined through both digital and physical sales.
Border: Carnival, which was released last month, debuted on the chart for the week of May 29 at number 18. It is by far the highest any 2021 K-Pop release has charted on Billboard 200 so far! The other 2021 releases to have made it onto the chart were ITZY‘s Guess Who at number 148 and TXT‘s full-length Japanese album Still Dreaming at number 173.
ENHYPEN are also the only rookie K-Pop group (having debuted in the last year) to make it onto the chart!
Border: Carnival previously topped the Japanese Oricon monthly album chart last month, and its title track “Drunk-Dazed” took the 166th spot on Billboard’s Global Chart (excluding U.S.) earlier this month.
