“Single’s Inferno” Song Ji A Posts A Handwritten Apology Regarding Wearing Fake Designer Clothes
Previously, Song Ji A, a contestant on Netflix’s Single’s Inferno and a content creator on YouTube, received criticism for allegedly wearing fake designer brands on the show. In response, she took to Instagram and posted a handwritten apology.
Ji A first apologized for disappointing her fans with the controversy. She admitted that a part of the criticisms was true.
Hello this is Song Ji A. First, I would like to sincerely apologize to everyone who was disappointed and hurt because of me. There is currently a controversy about some of the clothes worn on my social media and ‘Single’s Inferno’. The criticism that was pointed out is partly true. I am truly sorry.

She continued by apologizing to the designers who suffer from the infringement of copyright caused by knock-off fashion goods. She explained that she will be more cautious about her fashion choices in the future.
I want to apologize once again for everything that has happened due to infringing a designers’ creations and ignoring copyright. As someone who has dreamed of launching a brand, I will recognize the severity of the issue and reflect upon this. In the future, I will be more cautious and study more carefully so that this does not happen again.
