The First Trailer Of Wooga Squad’s “In The SOOP: Friendcation” Is Released, And BTS’s V Might Have Spoiled It Months Ago
When it comes to one of the most iconic groups in the Korean industry, one always springs to mind, and it’s the Wooga Squad. Netizens can’t get enough of the interactions between the members, including BTS’s V, Park Hyung Sik, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, and Peakboy.
It meant that the announcement that the group would be having a reality series was so exciting. Following on from the format of BTS: In The SOOP…
And SEVENTEEN: In The SOOP…
The newest addition to the series is none other than In The SOOP: Friendcation, which will include all of the members of the Wooga Squad.
After a lot of anticipation, a first look has been released, showcasing the besties in an HD poster. The show’s official title has also been revealed as In the SOOP: Friendcation (also known as In the SOOP: Friendship Trip).
If that wasn’t enough, a new trailer has just been released, giving netizens a sneak peek into what they can expect from the chaotic group. As soon as the video started, netizens were treated to a beautiful sea setting that perfectly gave an air of calm and peace.
Until actor Park Hyung Sik started adorably running towards the sea, shouting, “Wow, it’s the sea.” He was then followed by the other members of the group who were calmly making their way toward the water.
The commentary then perfectly captured the mood of the scenes as the five members seemed at peace, as they walked through the snow like a small family.
It then ended with the world’s cutest shot at the members all got extremely close to the camera like they were getting ready to take a selfie.
When the video was posted, netizens couldn’t get enough of how much fun it looked like the Wooga Squad was having. In particular, they loved how the Korean celebrities were given some time just to relax like normal friends and enjoy each other’s company, without the stresses of fame.
Yet, it seems like V might have been giving hints about the setting of the show even at the start of the year. After the trailer was released, one Korean netizen noticed that the scene looked familiar to a picture that V had posted all the way back in January.
On Weverse, V posted a picture on January 13 of a beautiful sea scenery and it seems very similar to the wintery setting of the trailer.
When the ARMY pointed it out, netizens couldn’t believe that it was months ago when V had almost spoiled the series, sharing the location of filming.
With not long to wait before the series comes on Disney+, it will be exciting to see what other spoilers and teasers they treat netizens to before the show comes out. It will always be fun to see some of the cutest interactions between the members.
No doubt, ARMYs will notice other familiar scenes, especially if V was having fun posting spoilers without anyone even realizing.
