ITZY‘s Chaeryeong recently joined rapper Lee Young Ji on her YouTube series My Alcohol Diary. Although the interview was filled with lots of jokes and laughter, Chaeryeong opened up about her struggles with her confidence and her gratitude towards Lee Young Ji.

Chaeryeong also spilled on her dating life as an idol, explaining her introverted habits.

Lee Young Ji: Oh right, you told me that you don’t really go outside.

Chaeryeong: I like to stay home.

Rather than interacting with others, Chaeryeong likes to watch Netflix and eat potatoes in her free time.

Lee Young Ji: Why? You don’t like to meet people?

Chaeryeong: I feel most happy when I eat potatoes in my house while watching Netflix.

Of course, Lee Young Ji can’t help but wonder if Chaeryeong gets lonely, directly asking if the idol has ever wanted a relationship.

Lee Young Ji: Yeah but don’t you feel lonely? You don’t want to be in a relationship?

Chaeryeong doesn’t hesitate to answer that she doesn’t have any interest in dating.

Chaeryeong: No.

Even specifying that, as far as she knows, no idol is preoccupied with dating as they’re more focused on their careers.

Chaeryeong: Any idol you ask. They’ll all say they don’t want to be in a relationship.

Lee Young Ji finds Chaeryeong’s determination funny, but Chaeryeong once again emphasizes that she really has no interest in dating anyone.

Chaeryeong: I really don’t.
