There is an ongoing joke in every K-Pop fandom that everyone, including the artists themselves, is in on. When it comes to BTS and ARMY, one iconic meme will never go away and has become a staple of everyone’s life, and it’s none other than the words, “Yoongi, marry me.”

The phrase has become so popular just because people want to marry Suga.

Well, it seems as if someone has taken the phrase “Yoongi, Marry Me” to a whole new level.

Recently, ARMYs were treated to a special video on Weverse starring V, Jungkook, and Suga. During the clip, the three BTS members played a game involving throwing money, which was truly chaotic AF.

At the end of the video, it seemed like Suga was the winner of the game and of course, that meant a special prize for the BTS member. Yet, ARMYs were initially confused after V said “Congratulations,” but Suga explained, “This seems like a penalty.”

It wasn’t long until ARMYs realized why as V handed Suga an inflatable ring balloon so that he could be the ending fairy.

Suga put the ring on his head like a hat, and two of the group’s youngest members couldn’t stop laughing as they saw Suga embrace his new role.

When the clip was first released on social media, the first thing people thought of was “Yoongi, Marry Me.” For many, BTS was finally making it a reality and the ring balloon was the personification of the hilarious meme that has become so iconic within the fandom.

It seems like Suga will never be able to avoid “Yoongi, Marry Me” even when it isn’t explicitly said. V might have been the one to finally give a ring to Suga, but there is definitely a long list of ARMYs who want a shot.
