Stray Kids’ Bang Chan And Felix Explaining Australia To Children Is Exactly What You Need To See Today
There are a number of Australian K-Pop idols currently active in the industry, including Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan and Felix. The pair of idols recently appeared in a video where they try to explain Australia to two pairs of Korean schoolchildren and it is exactly what you need to get through the day!
It’s well known that Felix and Bang Chan are both Australian. While Bang Chan was actually born in South Korea, he moved to Australia at a young age and grew up in Sydney. Felix, meanwhile, was born and raised in the same city. This means they absolutely know what makes Australia, Australia, and would be the perfect pair to explain the continent to anyone. Recently, the pair appeared in a YouTube video titled G’day Mate! Presenting Australia where they did just that!
The video starts out with the pair introducing themselves to a pair of male and female schoolchildren in English and using Aussie slang, much to their confusion.
After explaining that they are from Australia, the two make some small talk with the children, first asking them if they knew where the country was on a map and explaining how the weather differs in Korea and Australia.
Felix and Bang Chan show their childhood photos of meeting Santa to help explain some of their life experiences, much to the amusement of the children. The two even manage to expertly explain why the Santas in their photos look different!
Next, they talk about some of the wildlife found in Australia, somehow ending up showing a video of two kangaroos fighting.
Bang Chan and Felix then try to explain the phrase “G’Day Mate”, while teaching the kids how to say it, just like proper Australians!
Towards the end of the interview, Bang Chan has a hilarious moment of shock when the pair of girls reveal they were born in 2013 after asking the two idols what year they came to Korea.
All-in-all it’s always adorable to see Bang Chan and Felix with children, but hearing them try to explain Australia to kids was even better!
