Sakura Dishes On The One Thing LE SSERAFIM Has That Her Three Previous Groups Lacked
LE SSERAFIM‘s Sakura has had a long and highly successful career in the entertainment industry, having been a part of several notable groups before joining the ranks of LE SSERAFIM. Despite only being 25 years old, she has already been a member of three other groups: HKT48, AKB48, and IZ*ONE.
In an interview with Teen Vogue, the “Unforgiven” singer opened up about her experiences in the different groups. She gave an honest answer about what LE SSERAFIM has that her three previous ones did not have: stability.
The two J-Pop groups had frequent member and ranking changes, while the Korean-Japanese project group IZ*ONE had a set disbandment date from the moment it was formed.
“My previous team actually had a set date for when we were going to disband, and the members were going to change,” Sakura explained.
She then noted that things with LE SSERAFIM are much more enduring. Simply being able to learn and grow alongside her like-minded members is an experience she is immensely grateful for.
Concluding, she sweetly said, “We feel like we’re a family, and it makes me feel at home.”
In the same interview, fellow member Yunjin opened up about something she greatly appreciates about her current company. Check out her answer in the article below.
