Dating Show Contestant Is Sentenced For Sexually Assaulting Employee At An Adult Establishment
Yang Ho Seok, who is a fitness influencer and former dating show contestant, was sentenced to prison for sexually assaulting an employee at an adult establishment.
On May 30, Seoul’s Central Superior Court sentenced the influencer to ten months in prison. The court also sentenced Yang Ho Seok to 40 hours of sexual rehab.
According to a TV Daily report, the judge revealed the reason for the sentence.
This crime is very bad, considering he was, at the time of the crime, serving a suspended sentence. The victim must have gone through considerable sexual discomfort and mental trauma.
Considering the fact that the defendant and the victim have come to an amicable agreement, the fact that the victim has stated she didn’t want the defendant to be punished, and the fact that he has no history of committing the same act calls for a lighter sentence. However, due to the crime taking place while the defendant was on a suspended sentence, prison time is inevitable.
