ATTRAKT has expressed their desire to simply be able to properly talk with the FIFTY FIFTY members following the first trial between ATTRAKT and the FIFTY FIFTY members.
The first trial between ATTRAKT and the FIFTY FIFTY members was held today at the Seoul Central District Court over the suspension of the FIFTY FIFTY members’ contracts filed by the four members of the group. The FIFTY FIFTY members claimed that ATTRAKT violated the contract, causing the members to lose trust in the company. During the trial, FIFTY FIFTY’s legal counsel cited three reasons for their lawsuit: ATTRAKT failed to provide proper financial records to the members, failure to take appropriate care of the members’ physical and mental health, and lack of staff and support for the members’ promotional activities.
ATTRAKT’s legal counsel explained the company’s position to reporters waiting outside the court following the conclusion of the first trial.
We feel that it is very sad that the young artists are suffering mentally due to the actions and faults of the adults. This ordeal is not the members’ fault. It’s a pity that the artists who have such a promising future may be making the wrong decisions due to the words of greedy adults.

ATTRAKT’s legal counsel also explained how the company wishes to have a smooth and proper consultation with the members and believes that is more important than winning the case.
They also clarified the members’ claim that they were not provided proper financial documents.
The financials were omitted due to a mistake made by the outsourcing company during the settlement process. Recently, we revealed the exact amounts to the members and provided the settlement data to them.
The company admits their mistake, but this should not be a reason for suspension of the exclusive contract because we recently provided them with this information.

ATTRAKT’s legal counsel concluded by once again emphasizing that the artists are the ones who are suffering the most from this situation.
We are looking at this case from the mindset of a mother’s heart. There are many comments that are criticizing the members themselves. We ask that you refrain from criticizing them, and instead ask for comments that can support them in their reunion for the future.
ATTRAKT executives have visited the members’ parents’ houses but they were still unable to properly get into contact with them. Even now, the company would like to come to an agreement with the members. The artist is the one who suffers the most the longer the case progresses.
