Diverse Rookie K-Pop Girl Group X:IN Is Already Going Through Major Member Line-Up Changes

They’re both losing and gaining members.

In April earlier this year, rookie K-Pop girl group X:IN debuted under ESCROW Entertainment. Though many groups that debut under small labels struggle to get recognition, X:IN managed to gain some attention due to their unique line-up, which consists of Indian member Aria and Russian member Nova.

Aria also made history as the first Indian K-Pop idol to perform on Inkigayo when the group put on a performance of their debut song, “Keeping the Fire”, on April 9.

Originally a five-member group, however, X:IN would quickly shift to four members with the departure of Chi.U on June 7 due to “personal circumstances”.

And on July 8, their label announced that yet another member, Roa, had decided to leave the group, though her reasons haven’t been shared. This left E.Sha, Nova, and Aria as the three remaining members.

Fortunately, though, with the unfortunate news of Roa’s departure came the exciting news that two new members would be joining X:IN, making them a five-member group once again.

The two new members, Nizz and Hannah, were recently revealed on the group’s social media platforms, along with new pictures taken of all the members and the group as a whole.

While their future schedule is unknown at this point, the addition of new members to X:IN gives a hopeful hint that the group will be releasing new music before too long! We’re interested to see what the new and old members of X:IN have in store for us next.
