NMIXX’s Sullyoon Names The Reason She Chose JYP Entertainment After Passing Auditions For Each “Big 3” K-Pop Company

Her dream came true in more ways than one!

NMIXX‘s Sullyoon was the latest guest on Lee Mujin’s Service, the musical variety show hosted by singer-songwriter Lee Mujin.

As with each Lee Mujin Service episode, the show included Sullyoon showcasing her gorgeous vocals with a performance of NMIXX’s “Roller Coaster,” Youhna‘s “Waiting,” Charlotte Lawrence‘s “Joke’s On You,” and HowL and J‘s “Perhaps Love” from the Princess Hours OST.

Along with the performances, Lee Mujin also interviewed the talented 4th-gen star. Sullyoon opened up about her pre-debut days, including how she ended up signing a contract with JYP Entertainment.

During the interview, Sullyoon confirmed she passed auditions at SM Entertainment, YG Entertainment, and JYP Entertainment.

Faced with what would be considered a dream situation for many, Sullyoon needed to pick between the “big 3” and shared the determining factor in making her decision.

Sullyoon revealed that she had been a TWICE fan for a long time, so to make her decision, she watched a lot of their videos and performances before finally deciding, “I really want to join!

Not only was Sullyoon able to debut as a JYP Entertainment girl group member, but NMIXX has also been open about how supportive the TWICE members were during their trainee days.
