BLACKPINK’s Jennie Reacts To A BLINK Who Was Stopped From Getting Her Autograph

Many companies have rules about signing things at the airport.

BLACKPINK‘s Jennie gained attention after showcasing her true personality in response to a fan who wasn’t allowed to have her banner signed by the idol.

Over the past few days, BLACKPINK has performed shows in Paris for their BORN PINK Encore tour, and Jennie wowed netizens with her talent, visuals, and charm.

On July 17, Jennie returned to Korea after their recent shows in Paris at Incheon Airport.

While walking through the airport, Jennie made sure to not only greet the fans and media that had been waiting but also collect gifts from those around her. Every time she took one, she showcased her gratitude and, despite a long flight, treated fans to some adorable interactions.

Yet, Jennie’s true personality shined when they left the airport and the idol was walking towards the car. As she returned to Korea, although the airport was thankfully not as busy as before, netizens noticed that fans of all ages had come to welcome Jennie back.

As Jennie left the airport and made her way to the car, netizens noticed that the older woman had a huge banner for Jennie. Walking out with the idol, she seemed to want to get it signed by Jennie, but the security guards didn’t allow her to do it, probably due to security reasons.

Yet, rather than just ignoring the woman, after seeing the security guard turn the old woman away, Jennie quickly made sure to apologize.

After the woman kept pushing forward to try and get her banner signed, fans could see that Jennie genuinely felt sorry and kept asking what to do, as she seemingly wanted to interact with the fan.

When the video was shared, netizens couldn’t get over how sweet Jennie was being. Although the woman was being quite forceful, she still made sure to apologize for the way her security was reacting.

While it is normal for BLACKPINK members to take gifts, like many other companies, YG Entertainment is less willing to allow idols to sign things for security reasons. Jennie seemed very sorry that she couldn’t sign the banner for the fan, but hopefully, being able to interact with the idol was enough of a memory.
