Stray Kids Members Create Individual Instagram Accounts—Except Two Don’t Plan To Join
Every Stray Kids member now has their own Instagram account! That is except two…
Stray Kids have shared their official Instagram account since the beginning. They built a reputation for their unique posts that sometimes felt more like individual accounts than a band’s shared account.
Now, as STAYs have long anticipated, the members have created their own individual Instagram accounts as a gift to STAYs for the fandom’s anniversary. Each member shared their first posts and followed each other.
Leader Bang Chan chose the handle @gnabnahc. He shared photos of himself, captioned, “All smiles and positive energy #STAY #0802.”
Felix picked the handle @yong.lixx as a reference to his state name Felix and his Korean name Yong Bok. His first post thanked STAYs, fashion designer Nicolas Ghesquière, and Louis Vuitton.
Hyunjin‘s handle is self-explanatory with @hynjinnnn. He joined Instagram with a “hello.”
A few hours later, he celebrated STAY’s anniversary with photos for 2023 STAY WEEK. He added a blue heart emoji.
Changbin has won the award for best username with @jutdwae. He’s a genius.
jutdwae is the best username changbin could possibly ever get. it’s literally his identity (jutdae = principle) + play word on jutdae and dwaekki + it looks simple and clean I LOVE IT SO MUCH pic.twitter.com/b5AcQwJRqa

Changbin‘s first post was, of course, flexing his muscles backstage. He captioned it, “Welcome, it’s your first time at personal Instagram, right?”
I.N‘s handle is @i.2.n.8. His first post is several photos of himself in front of a mirror, dressed in blue.

Seungmin picked the handle @miniverse.___. He shared black-and-white photos of himself on stage.
He also updated Instagram Stories from the audience seats. He said, “Hi!”

A few hours later, he shared some memories from 2023 Lolapalooza Paris. The group headlined this year.
Lee Know and Han are the only members not to create their own Instagram accounts. Han explained via bubble for JYPNation that he was not ready for it yet.
I decided not to make a social media account because I just don’t feel ready yet! Don’t worry though, because I’ll upload good news on our official account!I don’t know much about personal social media accounts, so I’ll make one when I feel ready and can show you a lot of things!
— Han
Han jisung has said that currently he decided not to join instagram or any sns coz he’s not ready yet❤️❤️
Its okay han its okay❤️ whenever u are ready. And its okay if u are never ready too❤️❤️❤️❤️ love you!
Glad that JYP gives stray kids the options to have or not to have SNS pic.twitter.com/CPftMQNY2a

Likewise, Lee Know told STAYs that he is not interested in Instagram. He would rather continue using bubble to communicate.
This is [more] comfortable for me so I still don’t have thoughts about making an IG. Rather than [talking about] IG, please recommend me something for lunch
— Lee Know
leeknow also said he’s currently has no interest in opening an ig account because he finds bbl more convenient right now and hes asking to recommend him what to eat now instead of instagram
hope he knows that its understandable and completely fine 🥹 pic.twitter.com/NGsyjlAHGp

Yet, Lee Know updated Stray Kids’ official Instagram account with a doodle and selfies. He laughed via the caption that the account was now his.
This place is mine now giggle giggle giggle giggle #leeknowiscute
— Lee Know
So, STAYs joked that he had amassed the most followers on Instagram.
#StrayKids' #LeeKnow is the first K-pop idol to surpass 26M followers in less than 2 hours. Please congratulate Stray Kids' Lee Know 🎉 pic.twitter.com/UNHcnZXv6v

Seriously, we’re glad the members didn’t feel pressured to create Instagram accounts if they didn’t want to!
