Night two had an unpredictable start, as the members announced they might need to stop the performance due to inclement weather, but luckily the group was able to complete the show, performing in the pouring rain toward the end.

Already impressing netizens with their dedication and positive attitude when faced with the stormy weather, BLACKPINK’s Jennie also earned attention for another impressive moment that showed her professionalism.

During BLACKPINK’s performance of “Pretty Savage,” it appeared that Jennie’s microphone or mic pack malfunctioned or came undone, causing her to be called off stage to correct the issue.

Jennie smoothly worked her exit from the stage into the choreography and then rushed to staff members, who quickly fixed the issue.

When the staff members were done, Jennie lingered on the stairs while timing her re-entry into the performance, effortlessly re-joining the members and the choreography without missing a beat.

As the two clips, giving fans multiple perspectives of the moment, spread online, netizens praised how smoothly Jennie rejoined the performance.

This isn’t the first time Jennie’s earned attention for her professionalism in the face of live-performance mishaps.
