A South Korean influencer has caused a stir online with her highly edited pictures on Instagram.
Shashaeile boasts a sizable following of over 200,000 followers on Instagram, where she promotes her online fashion store. But more than the products she is selling, what people seem to be interested in is her own photos. She models for a lot of her own products but also shares moments from her day-to-day life and vacations on the account.
Unlike other lifestyle bloggers, however, it is not the allure of her lifestyle that has drawn attention to her account. Shasheile’s photos are all edited to such an extent that they look distorted.
In her full-body shots, the influencer appears with a body proportion that seems humanely impossible. Her waist is tiny, her breasts are huge, and her limbs are disproportionately long. Her face is also heavily manipulated, giving her an impossibly small head, a sharp “v” shaped chin, and an eye shape that is hardly ever consistent between any two photos on her feed.
Shashaeile’s account has become a hub of hilarious comments from netizens. While some are busy pointing out how distorted the backgrounds of her pictures look due to the manipulation, others keep leaving sarcastic comments calling her a “natural beauty.”
