“Heart Signal” Couple Gives Hints That They Are Dating In Real Life
The latest news about a final couple from the dating reality show Heart Signal 4 is capturing the attention of netizens.
Heart Signal 4 released its last episode on August 25, revealing the two final couples.
The first couple was a barista and café owner named Han Gyeo Re and a model who also works in branding at an architecture company named Kim Ji Young.
The second couple was strategist consultant Shin Min Gyu and model and casting agent Yoo Esu.
The show has come to an end, but fans are patiently waiting for the follow-up episode on September 1, where the after-stories of the final couples and other participants will be shown. Before the episode aired, however, Shin Min Gyu and Yoo Esu shared an online interaction with netizens buzzing with excitement.
On August 26, Yoo Esu posted pictures from her time filming Heart Signal 4, from Polaroid pictures to selfies with other participants. The eight participants appeared to have gotten close to one another—as evident through their tears as they said goodbye in the last episode.
Yoo Esu posted a simple caption for her post: a simple pink heart emoji with a yellow ribbon tied around it.
Nothing appeared out of the ordinary, but Shin Min Gyu’s comment caught netizens’ eyes. He posted the same heart emoji in response to her post.
Fans responded to his comment, many squealing with excitement and shipping the two as a real-life couple.
- “Huh? A real relationship?”

- “Omg, I’m dying”
- “They must be a real couple”

In addition, according to news outlets, there were accounts of witnessing Shin Min Gyu and Yoo Esu recently visiting a bar run by former Heart Signal 2 participant Jung Jae Ho.
Shin Min Gyu and Yoo Esu weren’t the only ones who showed hints of their real-life relationship. It was recently revealed through Kim Ji Young and Han Gyeo Re’s friend’s social that the two watched the last episode together.
On September 1, the spin-off program After Signal will reveal the current relationships of the final couples and the other participants’ lives after leaving the Signal House on the show.
