MC Meets MC: ZEROBASEONE’s Sung Hanbin And BOYNEXTDOOR’s Woonhak Just Had The Sweetest Interaction
Mcountdown has a new MC! ZEROBASEONE‘s leader Sung Hanbin was chosen as the newest host of the Thursday program alongside (G)I-DLE‘s Miyeon.
His role in the middle of the program was to interview the groups who recently released new music. A fellow rookie boy group, BOYNEXTDOOR, was one of them. They just made their first comeback this week with the title track “Why.”
Though the interview itself was a standard fun back-and-forth between the hosts and the members, netizens noticed something different. Woonhak, who happens to be an MC himself albeit for another program, couldn’t stop staring at Hanbin!
The former looked at the latter with intense eyes, nodding at his words and encouraging him. It was obvious that Woonhak, as one of the hosts of SBS‘s Inkigayo, was more than happy to show his support for Sung Hanbin, the MC for Mcountdown who was on the first day of his job.
Netizens found the interaction amusing. They noticed that “the other members were facing straight ahead” and it was “even funnier” that Woonhak’s body was “the only one turned sideways.”

The same thing happened at the end of the program when all artists gathered on stage. Woonhak was barely looking at the camera. Instead, he had his eyes set on Sung Hanbin!
Their interaction was the definition of cute!
