Having enlisted of April of 2022, J-Hope has since been promoted to assistant drill instructor for the recruit training center after going through the evaluation process.

Most recently, an anecdote from a solider who is currently enlisted has been circulating social media and explaining how he stumbled upon meeting J-Hope.

I usually don’t see J-Hope because even though we’re in the same unit, we work at different locations. But then, I was dispatched to his location. And on my way to eat, I saw J-Hope-nim guiding the trainees. Haha. Since I was wearing a red key, he must’ve thought I was an officer, and he saluted me. I just took it, LOL.

I actually didn’t recognize him when he saluted me, but my junior said, “That’s J-Hope!” So I realized who he was. And… he’s an idol, after all. He has great skin, and the uniform looks perfect on him.

It’s no surprise that in person, J-Hope boasts flawless idol skin…

…and of course, his tall height and perfect proportions make his uniform look super cool!
