On September 19, Brown Eyed Girls member Miryo posted several photos and videos on her Instagram. The post showed Miryo, JeA, Narsha, and Gain on a group trip to Yangyang, a popular vacation spot in Korea. It appeared that Director Hwang Soo Ah, who directed many of the group’s music videos, was there as well.

The post gained attention because of Gain, who has been on hiatus since she was fined for illegally using propofol in 2021. She was suspected of using propofol during the span of July to August 2019. Her case came to light when a plastic surgeon was indicted for the illegal sale and use of propofol and other drugs to several patients, including Gain.

Gain had remained quiet since the incident; she didn’t upload on her social media, and there were not many updates about how she was doing. Therefore, netizens who saw this post were thankful for the update on Gain and Brown Eyed Girls.

Although comments were limited for the post, many fans and netizens commented on how happy they were to see the four members reunited. One comment wondered if the group was working on music because they were with the director who filmed their “Abracadabra” music video.
