Third-Generation Female Idol Announces The Birth Of Her First Child
Former Hello Venus member Chae Joo Hwa (also known by her idol name Lime) announced the news of her baby’s birth on October 7.
Back in May, the idol-turned-actress had shared the news of her pregnancy through an Instagram post and even showed the baby’s sonogram to her fans.
Since then, Chae has been documenting her pregnancy journey on her Instagram profile quite routinely.
On October 7, she shared the news of her child’s birth through an Instagram story. She posted a photo of her baby’s foot covered in ink, indicating that the picture was probably taken at the hospital shortly after the birth while taking the baby’s footprint. In the caption, she also revealed the child’s name as Yi An.

Meanwhile, the Chae Joo Hwa originally debuted with Hello Venus in 2012. After the group’s disbandment in 2019, the idol transitioned into a career in acting, making her debut in the 2020 K-Drama Touch. The actress married her husband in 2022.
