YouTuber and school bullying victim Pyo Hye Rim has passed away at the age of 27.

According to multiple reports from Korean media outlets, Pyo Hye Rim was found dead earlier today. According to reports from the Busan Fire Department and Police Station, a woman was reported missing earlier today. After a search, a body was found and identified as Pyo Hye Rim. She was taken to the hospital but was pronounced dead.

Earlier today, Pyo Hye Rim posted a video where she was crying as she talked to the camera.

Pyo Hye Rim’s case was nicknamed the “real-life The Glory” as she shared how she was bullied throughout her school days, from elementary to middle and high school, totalling 12 years. She also filed a national petition with the Blue House, calling for the abolishment of provisions that protect school bullies, such as a statue of limitations on their acts.
