On October 16, SPOTV News reported that Keena will be returning to ATTRAKT. The member is reported to have contacted ATTRAKT after switching legal representatives.

This follows a barrage of news stating that FIFTY FIFTY has dropped its legal appeal. That news was then followed up with another quoting a FIFTY FIFTY lawyer clarifying that only Keena has dropped the lawsuit and the other three members will continue its legal battle.
