5+ K-Pop Idols Who Have Shown Support For Palestine

In October, the media coverage of the Israel-Palestine crisis has increased. While more are becoming aware of the conflict that is taking place in the Gaza Strip, few have spoken up in support.

Still, 5+ K-Pop idols have shown their support for Palestine over the years. Check them out below.
1. KARD’s BM
On his birthday, BM posted that “too many innocent people in Gaza” are losing the privilege to celebrate their birthdays. He asked for his fans to pray.
While Im able to celebrate another birthday, there are too many innocent people in Gaza losing that privilege. Please pray for all the lives lost and lives desperately seeking an end to this🙏🏻

2. SHINee’s Jonghyun
Jonghyun, always outspoken about social issues, posted a photo taken from space of the Gaza Strip.
3. BTS’s RM
RM went to the “Barakat” exhibition by its Palestinian owner Fayez Barakat.
RM also owns two art pieces by artist Banksy. Banksy traveled to the occupied Palestinian Territories, creating a series of art pieces, in 2005.
Banksy returned to Palestine in August 2015 to create a series of powerful new murals. In 2005, he already made history in leaving murals on Israel’s West Bank barrier wall. This time, the artist goes undercover, making a satirical travel advertisement for Gaza.

4. THE BOYZ’s Kevin
Kevin’s past comments from 2021 about Israel resurfaced, and netizens misinterpreted them. So, he responded, saying it was false accusations.
