Lee Sun Kyun has made his first public appearance since drug abuse charges were levied against him.
On October 28 KST, Lee Sun Kyun appearead at the Incheon Nonhyeon Police Station for his first round of questioning with authorities related to his drug abuse charges.
Lee Sun Kyun spoke with reporters while outside the police station, apologizing for his actions.
First of all, I sincerely apologize for the great amount of disappointment I have brought to so many people for being involved in such an unpleasant incident.
I would like to bow my head in apology to everyone who has trusted in me and support me all this time.
As I delivered through my agency, my position is that I will faithfully participate in the investigation with an honest attitude. I feel very sorry to my family, who is suffering a lot at the moment.
I will sincerely and truthfully answer [the questions] during the investigation.

While at the police station, Lee Sun Kyun will also undergo a reagant test to determine first, whether or not he did use drugs and if he did, which drugs he did use. Lee Sun Kyun has been accused of admininstering drugs, including marijuana, since the beginning of 2023 at the home of “A” (29 years-old, female).
Lee Sun Kyun’s phone has also been confiscated and the police will conduct digital forensics in search of evidence proving his crimes.
