SM Entertainment’s Former CEO Launches New K-Pop Company With 1MILLION’s Lia Kim (And Other Industry Heavyweights)
Former CEO of SM Entertainment, Nikki Semin Han (also known as Han Se Min), recently launched a multinational K-Pop company based in LA, Titan Content, and he’s assembled an all-star team of creatives for the executive team, whom Han considers the “Avengers of K-Pop.”
With goals to “redefine the industry” and plans to debut multiple artists by 2028, the talented team is ready to “disrupt” the K-Pop industry.

Nikki Semin Han — Chairman Of The Board
Nikki Semin Han joined SM Entertainment in 2002, working as a manager for veteran artist BoA as she navigated the U.S. and Japanese markets while also helping the company expand SM’s global partnerships.
He was appointed as a co-CEO of SM Entertainment in 2017 and remained in the position until he resigned mid-2019. In his time with the company, he also served as the CEO of SM’s subsidiary, SM Culture & Content, and was the president of SM Entertainment USA.
After parting ways with SM Entertainment, Han became the president of the production company ASTORY and CEO of their subsidiary, AIMC, as well as a producer for the hit Netflix K-Drama Extraordinary Attorney Woo.
Katie Kang — CEO
Katie Kang (also known as Kang Jung Ah) is the CEO of Titan Content and previously served as the casting team manager for SM Entertainment, recruiting members for many of the company’s second and third-generation groups, as well as the 4th-gen group NCT.
Katie Kang personally recruited many talented K-Pop idols, including Jessica Jung, f(x)‘s Krystal, Girls’ Generation‘s YoonA, and many more.

Following her time at SM Entertainment, she worked at Cre.ker Entertainment, helping to discover the future members of THE BOYZ. She continued working with the company when it merged with Play M Entertainment under the new name IST Entertainment in 2021.
Lia Kim — Chief Performance Officer
Legendary choreographer and co-founder and co-CEO of 1MILLION dance studio, Lia Kim, serves as Titan Content’s chief performance officer.
Lia Kim has choreographed for some of K-Pop’s biggest names, including TWICE, Sunmi, the Wonder Girls, Red Velvet, f(x), GOT7, Miss A, 2PM, and more.
Guiom Lee — Chief Visual Officer
Guiom Lee is Titan Content’s chief visual officer. Lee worked in luxury fashion as a former sales head for Prada in Korea before founding the popular fashion magazine Dazed Korea.
Dazed Korea has frequently worked with top figures in entertainment and top creatives.
Dom Rodriguez — Chief Business Officer
Dom Rodriguez served as the senior vice president and head of SM Entertainment USA from 2019 until July 2023, having previously held a position as the director and head of SM Entertainment’s US label and artist services from 2017 until 2018. Rodriguez worked with SM Entertainment for 13 years and now serves as chief business officer of Titan Content.
The talented producer and songwriter has over 20 years of experience working in the music and entertainment industry, focusing on K-Pop’s continued success in the North American markets through strategic partnerships and connections with top record labels during his time with SM.
Dom Rodriguez was recently highlighted as a top US executive on Billboard‘s 2023 “40 Under 40” list and was recognized for driving the success of the independent music industry on Billboard’s “2023 Indie Power Players” list.
Titan Content is set to begin global auditions in 2024, with plans to unveil its “first new acts” in 2025.
