IVE’s Stylists Earn Mixed Reactions, Accusations Of Favoritism For Their Red Carpet Styling At The “2023 Melon Music Awards”
IVE‘s red carpet looks at the 2023 Melon Music Awards have drawn mixed reactions from fans.
While IVE are a group of talented and beautiful women, in the past, their styling for events has sometimes fallen short of expectations. From inappropriate wear to “mismatched” looks, fans have often campaigned for better styling for the group.
One of the styling criticisms that seemed to gain the most attention was the alleged favoritism given to Jang Wonyoung, sometimes making it appear as if she was a soloist.
Thankfully, IVE’s team took the constructive criticism seriously and improved their styling, gaining fans’ approval.
However, IVE’s recent red carpet appearance has reminded some of the past fashion faux pas.
On December 2, the 2023 Melon Music Awards took place and, like many other award shows, featured the attendees walking the red carpet before the show.
IVE were also included in the set of idols that walked the red carpet and wore a lighter color palette of white and mauve.
While all the girls looked gorgeous, some felt the styling fell short.
