ARTMS Members Are Getting Married… Or So Thought A Couple Of Santorini Tourists
The transition of members from one K-Pop group to another is always a spectacle. Such was the case with the former LOONA members — Heejin, Haseul, Kim Lip, Jinsoul, and Choerry — who moved to Jaden Jeong‘s MODHAUS and formed ARTMS. Fans have been eagerly anticipating seeing them together, and their recent photoshoot in Santorini was a significant moment. However, it wasn’t just the fans who were excited.
A group of tourists in Santorini at the time of the photoshoot found themselves caught up in a surprising, albeit humorous, misunderstanding involving the members of ARTMS.
The purpose of the visit to Santorini was to shoot pictures for ARTMS’s very first Season’s Greetings release for 2024. The picturesque Greek island, known for its stunning sunsets and whitewashed buildings, served as the perfect backdrop for this special occasion. The members were dressed in elegant white dresses, complementing the serene beauty of the island, and everything was set for a perfect photoshoot.
However, the presence of the group in their coordinated outfits caused quite a stir among the tourists.
The members of ARTMS found themselves at the center of an amusing confusion. Tourists, struck by the sight of the five women in matching white dresses, jumped to the conclusion that they were witnessing a big wedding ceremony.
As Heejin later shared on the fan messaging app Fab, many tourists started congratulating them, exclaiming, “Oh! Married!!!” and “Congratulations!!” while asking if they were getting married.
The situation turned comical as the members tried to navigate through the streets, repeatedly clarifying that they were not, in fact, getting married. Despite their efforts to dispel the misunderstanding, the congratulatory remarks continued.
