Girls’ Generation‘s Sooyoung was illegally photographed while changing during a performance of the play Wife.
On January 7, the production company of the play Wife released a statement vowing to strengthen their security within the audience after a viewer was illegally recording during the play. Unfortunately, they were unable to catch the person because of a blind spot on their security cameras, so they will be working to increase the number of security members patrolling the audience during the performance to avoid a repeat occurrence.
However, it also turns out that the viewer who was illegally taking pictures was taking pictures of Sooyoung while she was changing outfits during the performance. The viewer took out their camera and started taking dozens of pictures as Sooyoung was changing her clothes on the right side of the stage.
The play was in progress, and during the scene where Daisy (Sooyoung’s character) was changing on the right side of the stage, the viewer took out their large camera and took pictures like crazy. They only took pictures of her. It felt like it was at least dozens, if not a hundred photos.
No one stopped them while they were taking photos like that either. You could hear the shutter sound around the entire theater.
