Park Jin Young (JYP) To Perform At “2024 Weverse Con” — Here’s How It Came About

In a surprising twist, JYP Entertainment founder and artist Park Jin Young (JYP) will be performing at HYBE’s 2024 Weverse Con.
The festival will take place on June 15 and 16, 2024, at Incheon’s Inspire Resort. He will be a part of the “tribute stage,” where he will collaborate with his juniors from HYBE.
It was revealed that Bang Si Hyuk himself suggested this. Park Jin Young and Bang Si Hyuk are known to be best friends, and he personally asked Park Jin Young to make an appearance. As Park Jin Young is known as a huge music icon in early K-Pop, it is befitting that he takes the stage.
In 2023 Weverse Con, Uhm Jung Hwa was the icon for the tribute stage. She collaborated with LE SSERAFIM.
