HYBE Labels’ Business Report Shows The Profits Each Label Made In 2023
A business report revealed just how much each of the labels under HYBE’s huge umbrella earned in the past year (2023). The amount will definitely shock you! Read on to find out more.
1. HYBE America
HYBE America had a minus of ₩125 billion KRW (about $94.2 million USD). Of course, this does not mean that they had zero sales. A minus occurs when the expenditure exceeds the revenue.
2. Weverse
The communication app had a minus of ₩5.13 billion KRW (about $3.88 million USD) in 2023.
3. BigHit Music
The label BTS and TXT belong to earned ₩140 billion KRW (about $106 million USD) in pure profits.
4. HYBE Japan
HYBE Japan is considered a smaller subsidiary, but they earned ₩41.3 billion KRW (about $31.2 million USD).
5. Pledis Entertainment
A big earner, they earned ₩60.2 billion KRW (about $45.5 million USD).
6. Source Music
With only LE SSERAFIM under them, they earned ₩12.0 billion KRW (about $9.07 million USD).
7. KOZ Entertainment
A new company, they debuted BOYNEXTDOOR in 2023. They had a minus of ₩7.40 million KRW (about $5,600 USD).
8. ADOR
With NewJeans under their belt, they earned ₩26.5 billion KRW (about $20.0 million USD).
9. BeLift Lab
They earned ₩5.20 billion KRW (about $3.93 million USD) as listed in the report, but this is not the full extent of their earnings.
According to the report, BigHit Music remains the biggest earner for HYBE Labels!
