The second season of the wildly popular Physical 100 has begun, introducing Netflix viewers to dozens of athletic and strong competitors.
Like last year, the pool of competitors comprises individuals from various backgrounds. This includes the first K-Pop idol contestant…
…and many of the most bad*ass women you will ever meet!
Here are the 27 female contestants of Physical 100: Underground.
1. Kim Hye Bin
Kim Hye Bin is a National Wushu Sando athlete with multiple medals in the sport under her belt.
2.Juyang
Juyang is the CEO of a fitness brand and boasts an impressive 140 thousand followers on her YouTube account. She also competes in fitness and modeling competitions.
3. Heo Kyung Hee
Heo Kyung Hee is a former model who once competed in Korea’s Next Top Model. Following an injury that halted her track and field career, she joined the women’s rugby team.
She now appears on SBS’s Goal Scoring Girls.
4. Park Yeon Su
Park Yeon Su is a powerlifter who coaches her own team of female powerlifters.
5. Kim Ji Eun
Kim Ji Eun is a track and field athlete and two-time national champion in the women’s 400m.
The beautiful athlete also seems to be a model for New Balance and Nutrition Solution.
6. Shin Soo Ji
Shin Soo Ji is a former member of Korea’s national gymnastics team, having competed in Rhythmic Gymnastics. She was the first South Korean rhythmic gymnast to qualify for the World Championships’ All-around finals.
7. Kang Eun Hee
Kang Eun Hee is a competitive body-builder with multiple first-place finishes.
8. Hong Da Eun
Hong Da Sun is a fifth-year member of the Korean Arborist Association. As part of the association, Hong climbs trees over 20 m tall to prune, gather seeds, and other actions that promote the tree’s health.
9. Amber Yang
Amber Yang is a CrossFit coach who has competed in the sport competitively.
10. Sim Yu Ri
Shim Yu Ri is a mixed martial artist and fighter who has held the Road FC championship.
11. Gwon Ga Young
Gwon Ga Young is a fitness model and trainer who ranked first in the 2023 Fitness Korea Bikini contest, as well as the 2023 NPC Natural Bikini.
12. Park Seung Hee
Park Seung Hee is a former short-track and long-track speed skater, having won two golds and three bronze a the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics representing South Korea.
These days, she is busy with her own clothing brand, with one for children in the works.
13. Jung You In
Jung You In is a national swimmer who has medaled multiple times, once coming in second during the Olympic Trials, though she did not join the team.
She is currently an ambassador for Harley Davidson Korea!
14. Kang So Yeon
Kang So Yeon is the CEO of HitFit Boxing and is known for appearing on Single’s Inferno‘s first season.
15. Lim Soo Jin
Lim Soo Jin is a bodybuilder and 2023 IFBB Figure Pro.
16. Park Ha Yun
Park Ha Yun is a professional handball player, who isn’t the most active on social media, but also a dog mom based on her posts!
17. Im Su Jeong
Im Su Jeong is a professional Ssireum athlete (traditional Korean wrestling) and competed during the 2010 Asian Games.
18. Choi Soo In
Choi Soo is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu athlete who has since become a national representative in the sport.
19. Hwang Mun Kyeong
Hwang Mun Kyeong is a firefighter and paramedic who also has competed in CrossFit competitively.
20. Kim Dam Bi
Kim Dam Bi is a weightlifter with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education.
She details her fitness journey on YouTube, where she frequently posts workouts and competition clips.
21. Lee Ye Joo
Lee Ye Joo is a national Kurash athlete (also known as Köräs), a form of wrestling. She competed in the 2022 Asian Games.
22. Kang Young Seo
Kang Young Seo is an alpine skier who competed in the 2014, 2018, and 2022 Winter Olympics.
23. Jeong Hee Joong
Jeon Hee Joong is a stunt performer who has worked on different projects, including the 2022 film Alienoid.
24. Park Da Sol
Park Da Sol is a national Judo athlete who earned a silver medal at the 2018 Asian Games.
25. Ko Hyo Joo
Ko Hyo Joo is a longboarder who amassed a huge following on social media with her dancing videos.
She has since worked with many brands, including L’Oreal, and has made a name for herself in the industry.
26. Jo Ha Rang
Jo Ha Rang is a National handball player who participated in the 2017 World Women’s Handball Championship and the 2020 Summer Olympics.
27. Go Min Jung
Go Min Jung is another CrossFit athlete who is also active on YouTube.
