Virtual K-Pop Group PLAVE Debuts Arguably The Most Unique Lightstick Ever

“For people who don’t know, the lightstick was inspired by an inside joke…”

Virtual K-Pop boy group PLAVE has become one of the most popular rookies in the industry lately, which is especially impressive given the nature of the group! With five members represented by virtual characters, they’ve taken the “AI” trend in K-Pop and gone a different route with it, similar to the popular VTuber trend on streaming platforms.

While the design has received some criticism for potentially being difficult to hold, the overall reaction to the lightstick has been positive. Many people are amused by the unique concept, which actually started out as a joke between PLAVE and their fans but has since been made into reality!
