Stray Kids‘ Bang Chan is being praised for his behavior amid the “offensive” comments by the paparazzi at a global event.
On May 6 (local time), Stray Kids attended the 2024 MET Gala.
Sadly, as handsome as the members looked, netizens shared their anger after reporters were caught making offensive comments towards the members.
Following the event and outcry, a post was shared on the Korean forum theqoo that gained attention. While most fans focused on the disrespectful and offensive comments made by the media there, this post focused on the actions of leader Bang Chan. It was titled, “The Stray Kids leader who ignores rude journalists at the press conference and takes the members with him.”
In the post, it shared a tweet with a video of the incident.
Yet, the focus came after the captions of the rude remarks, as Bang Chan was seen calmly looking somewhere before gesturing for the members to follow him up the stairs and away from the media. While it’s not confirmed that Bang Chan heard what they were saying, his actions were swift and calm.
