For some of us, our worst nightmare is showing up late to our favorite artist’s concert. Yet, being noticed by our idol is our biggest dream. Would you accept the nightmare so you could live your dream?
IU is currently on her 2024 H.E.R.E.H. World Tour. She performed in Singapore last month.
On Day 1, IU noticed a fan walking into the venue between songs. She asked the fan if they were arriving late, to which the fan confirmed. IU joked that she was “heartbroken” that her fan missed her opening performance, but thanked them for coming and to enjoy the remaining show.

At the time of writing, the video had gone viral with 1.7M views on TikTok. Netizens commented on IU’s relationship with her fans and how sweet she is. They joked that they would come late just to be noticed by IU.
Yet, IU wasn’t the only one praised. Netizens couldn’t get over the translator, who charismatically did their job.
IU’s world tour will continue worldwide this summer.
