Seungri’s “I Live Alone” Episode Goes Viral Amid New Footage From “Burning Sun” Documentary
Following new information about Seungri‘s role in the “Burning Sun Scandal,” old footage has resurfaced, sparking conversation.
BBC recently released a documentary about the Burning Sun Scandal. This included shocking footage of Seungri’s horrible behavior towards women and more screenshots and recordings from the infamous chat group.
Since the new documentary was released, a clip of Seungri’s guest appearance on Episode 234 of the reality show I Live Alone (also known as Home Alone) went viral with over 6M views on X (formerly Twitter) at the time of writing. In the clip, Seungri is exaggeratedly singing along to BLACKPINK‘s “Playing With Fire” while attempting to cross-stitch a baby’s shoe for his neighbor who had recently given birth. He claimed cross stitching was a hobby he enjoyed since his childhood.
Seungri pricked himself with the needle and exclaimed as if it really hurt, even falling to the ground. OP (Original Poster) wrote, “Women should not forget that ALL these men – idols pretend to be cute in order to earn money.”

As the clip has resurfaced, K-Pop fans are cringing and realizing how painfully obvious the scene was scripted and that Seungri was playing a “character.”
Honestly he was trying so hard to be this persona on camera to can tell it's all bs. It's painfully obvious this was an act https://t.co/E0hqFSayII

For many, this clip can be a wake-up call. Most think of their favorite idols as cute, humble, and endearing, all of which Seungri was marketed as in this episode. We can’t always know an idol’s true personality.
it's okay to find comfort and enjoy their antics and personality but you don't know shit about these idols off camera or behind closed doors.
you will likely never know whether or not it's genuine. it might be! but that's not your business. accept that and act accordingly

hindsight is 20/20 – there's no shame in being duped; the literal goal of idols is to charm and endear the public to them. the fault still lies firmly with HIM for being a manipulative piece of shit abuser
