Fans Love (G)I-DLE’s Solution For Soyeon’s Absence In University Festival Performance

(G)I-DLE performed at the recent Hansung University Festival.

Leader Soyeon unfortunately could not make it because she was not feeling well.

As (G)I-DLE’s main rapper and general all-rounder, she has a significant number of parts. One of her most iconic lines was in their hit song “Super Lady” (2024). Her high-pitched lines start off the song in a memorable and recognizable way.

 

Luckily, one unexpected person came in to fill in her place during the festival—one of the audience members! The man shocked everyone with his rendition of the “Super Lady” introduction from off-stage.

The girl group also couldn’t help but smile upon hearing his voice. They were the ones who picked him from the crowd prior to their performance, and Yuqi was even seen pointing his way to cue his lines.

Fans found the surprise performance fun and amusing. They complimented the audience member who sang Soyeon’s lines with all his heart.
