Reactions To HyunA’s Tour Announcement Are Probably Not What She Was Hoping For
On June 3, soloist HyunA announced that she will be embarking on a North American tour, My Attitude Tour 2024 in North America, this August. It comes after the release of her recent album, Attitude, which came out in May, and will include eight stops throughout the U.S. and Canada.
This is also her first tour since she revealed that she’s dating former HIGHLIGHT member Yong Jun Hyung, who has arguably become most notorious for his involvement in the “Burning Sun” scandal. With the recent release of the BBC documentary on the horrible scandal, renewed criticism and anger has been directed at Jun Hyung and all the others involved in the case, and it has definitely taken a toll on HyunA’s own career.
Pretty much all of her recent posts on Instagram have been bombarded with critical and scathing comments about her relationship, even if the posts are completely unrelated to her boyfriend. And with the announcement of her tour, those comments haven’t gone away — in fact, if anything, people are side-eyeing the soloist even more over the announcement.
