Two Less-Known Reasons Why BLACKPINK Jennie’s Runway Debut Was Actually “Hard Mode”

Fans loved her visuals, expressions, and confident walk.
Though it seemed like a simple job to some, Jennie’s runway debut was harder than many would expect due to two key reasons.
1. Her Heels
First up, Jennie’s heels were made in a style that very few people would wear. She donned the pink and zebra-patterned version of the “Les doubles Sandales.”
Not only did it have a tall heel, but the structure likely made it feel unnatural to wear.
2. The Stairs
Besides this, the location of the shoot was also not the easiest to walk in, especially for a runway debut.
Instead of the usual indoor runway, Jennie and the other models were required to walk down a steep flight of stairs with a panoramic view of the surrounding Capri mountains.
The bricks were arranged in the shape of a triangle, making it even narrower the more they headed down.
Because the stairs did not have any bars or handles, it looked “dangerous and scary” to many.
This is the view of her while walking on those steep stairs. This is dangerous and scary for me. https://t.co/YSbxqQoDBH pic.twitter.com/RayuIzXcKN

Fans said they would “be terrified” if they had to walk here just like Jennie.
