Now, APlanet Entertainment has announced that the fancon has been canceled, although it was just eleven days before the scheduled date. In the statement, APlanet Entertainment claims it was canceled after “careful consideration with BTOB COMPANY” due toΒ “contractual issues such as the inadequate local preparations and non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.”

With a heavy heart, we would like to inform you that the BTOB FANCON [OUR DREAM] IN JAKARTA, originally scheduled for July 13th, 3pm has been canceled.
After deep internal discussions and careful consideration with BTOB COMPANY, we regret to inform you that we have decided to cancel this event due to unforeseen circumstances. The show has been canceled due to contractual issues such as the inadequate local preparations and non-fulfillment of contractual obligations.
For fans who have purchased tickets, the refund process will be carried out through the loket.com refund system.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for bringing this sad news to all the fans who have been looking forward to the JAKARTA FANCON. Thank you for your understanding and support. We promise to come back soon with an improved performance that will meet your expectations and bring you great satisfaction.

Fans were naturally disappointed but understanding of the circumstances. Some even said that an apology was not necessary.
Yet, not everyone shared these feelings. Many fans were planning to travel to Jakarta for the fancon. So, they had purchased plane tickets and booked hotels.
Disappointed fans suggested the fancon be rescheduled after switching promoters. Many fans feel Seraph Entertainment has been incredibly unprofessional and that APlanet Entertainment should never have attempted to work with them in the first place.
Fans are also calling out APlanet Entertainment for not wisely selecting a reliable and trusted promoter and demanding that APlanet Entertainment take responsibility for its actions.

We paid the half price of the VIP ticket by transferring the fee to @Seraph_ent depends on the date according to our desired section. My chosen section was G. We should transfer at 7 AM and the fastest one they received will got to choose the seat earlier than others

According to netizens, Seraph Entertainment does not have a good track record.Β

Fans have complained that Seraph Entertainment has been unprofessional throughout this experience. The promoter also appears not to be taking responsibility.
Then some of eticket not being issued, even 1 eticket from the presale group is being HOSTAGE even until the event is being cancelled.
