Beloved comedian Kim Seung Hye has revealed her plans to wed fellow comedian Kim Hae Jun this October, delighting fans with the unexpected announcement.
According to TenAsia, the couple began dating with marriage in mind last winter and have been together for over eight months. They are now in the midst of wedding preparations and have started sharing the joyful news with close friends.
They are same-aged friends, with both being born in 1987!
Kim — who gained fame as a member of SBS‘s 9th generation of comedians — has enjoyed a diverse career in various comedy and entertainment shows. Notably, she has been a standout member of FC Gavengers on the popular SBS program Kick A Goal since 2022.
On the other hand, Kim Hae Jun made his comedic debut in 2018 on tvN‘s Comedy Big League. He has since captivated audiences with his charming character ‘Choi Jun’ and recently joined the cast of iHQ‘s Delicious Guys. Additionally, he is set to appear on KBS2TV‘s new show Pop-Up Landing Operation, which premieres on July 6.
With their union, Kim Seung Hye and Kim Hae Jun will become the 21st comedian couple, adding another chapter to their impressive careers. Fans have responded with an outpouring of congratulations and well-wishes for the soon-to-be-wedded pair.
