(G)I-DLE Criticized For Their “Exposing” Performance Outfits — Shuhua Responds
(G)I-DLE‘s Shuhua has responded to a fan’s comment about her “exposing” outfit.
(G)I-DLE recently released their song “Klaxon” and have been promoting them on music shows.
When the group performed on Music Bank, they rocked some different colored dolphin shorts and showcased a proper summer theme to go with the song.
Sadly, some Korean netizens hit back at the outfits, claiming they were too revealing, especially as you could see the black safety shorts more and they were actually longer than the outfit itself.
- Too short…
- I understand the concept they’re aiming for, but it doesn’t suit the group at all…
- Too revealing
- It might be okay if the outfit matched well or looked good
- Oh… Where can you even find such tight and short dolphin shorts like these? They’re already quite thin, but the shorts are so small that it looks like the clothes are pinching their skin (it makes them look fatter because the clothes are small, and I don’t want to hear people saying they need to lose weight). The crotch area is highlighted, and it’s really just too much.
- I was shocked after seeing them on Music Bank. The shorts are too short and tight.
They were fine on M Countdown yesterday, but there’s a big difference in just one day.
Recently, Shuhua posted some of the photos of the outfit on Instagram.
One Chinese fan seemingly had a similar feeling about the outfit and commented, “Yeh Shuhua’s pants are too short,” but Shuhua hit back by responding with “My legs are too long”
Many fans that as all of (G)I-DLE are adults and veteran idols, that they have say over their looks and should be allowed to wear what they want.
