Korean Netizens Fiercely Divided On The Validity Of Alleged Former ADOR Employee’s Instagram Post
Earlier this year, HYBE claimed that “Executive A” sexually harassed ADOR female employees, with Min Hee Jin pressuring victims instead of protecting them.
Dispatch also reported HYBE’s claims and was criticized by the public for manipulating text messages in favor of HYBE.
On August 8, 2024, an alleged former ADOR employee and victim of sexual harassment from Executive A posted a lengthy message on an Instagram account revealing the details of what happened.
Along with the lengthy Instagram post, they also posted a screenshot of KakaoTalk messages with Executive A as evidence.

However, Korean netizens were divided on opinions about the validity of the post.
- “The balance of power was unequal from the beginning. The victim can take action as they couldn’t take Min’s side from the beginning. They’ll probably be used again to prove Min’s innocence.”
- “They probably asked someone to spread the post on online forums. What’s with those people trying to fight about how the post was found and the timing of it being released. Just stay quiet until everything is revealed.”
- “I really hate Min Hee Jin. I wish the victim the best of luck.”
- “I’m most curious about how they found out about that Instagram post. When I first saw the post through this forum, there were only two comments and no followers.”
- “What’s with these comments? If you can’t trust the post, then don’t write any comments. Even if that person is not the actual victim, leaving a comment can be a second-hand offense to the victim.
- “If you can’t believe it, than just stay quiet. If that person is fake, then they’ll probably be sued by both sides. They’ll probably be some statement from ADOR by tomorrow.”
- “If you’ve worked in the entertainment field, there’s no way you don’t know about theqoo forums. The victim or an acquaintance could have posted it here.”
- “I’ll believe it after they prove they are the victim.”
- “Do the people who are leaving comments about being suspicious about the post know that what they are doing is a second-hand offense?”
- “I’ve seen so many people leave malicious comments and apologize later so I’m just going to stay neutral on this topic and wait.”
- “Isn’t it right to just wait for now? Looking at the comments, it looks like both sides are jumping the gun about this. It won’t be late to talk about if after more things are posted on that account.
- “Posting things like this won’t erase Suga’s DUI or Bang Si Hyuk meeting BJs.”
- “Searching Instagram tags by recent date is not a function anymore. How did they find this post?”
- “I hope the victim receives an apology and that the two companies resolve everything.”
- “I’d be horrified if someone called me a ‘f*cking bitch’ through KakaoTalk.”
Meanwhile, neither Min Hee Jin nor Executive A has responded to the Instagram post.
