4th Gen K-Pop Idols Confront Viral Cake Drop And Diet Theories
K-Pop idols are known to celebrate their birthdays, often with a live broadcast for fans that includes decorations and a cake. Yet, idols often drop the cakes while showing them off. This happens so often that fans have become suspicious that it’s either a publicity stunt to create a viral moment or that those who follow strict diets might drop the cake to avoid eating it.
One group that has been guilty of dropping cakes is THE BOYZ.

In a new interview, Kevin addressed the “theories” he had seen on TikTok about K-Pop idols “intentionally” dropping their cakes. He spoke only for THE BOYZ, but he admitted it was purely accidental all the times the members had dropped cakes.
You know how there’s like theories on TikTok and stuff about K-Pop idols spilling cakes on purpose like for their diet? I don’t know if it applies to… I don’t know if it’s for other groups, but for THE BOYZ, like our group, it’s been mistakes and accidents 100% of the time. Just wanted to put that out there.
