The latest update on the “marriage” between BLACKPINK‘s Lisa and Jennie is entertaining fans around the world.
In 2019, BLACKPINK held a fansign event, where a fan brought Jennie and Lisa a special present. While it’s not unusual for BLINKs to give the members gifts at these events, this one was…different.
The fan brought a fake marriage license with both the idols’ full names written on it. Jennie laughed when she realized what the fan had handed her, then signed her name. By the time the license reached Jennie, who was further down the greeting line, it already had Lisa’s autograph on it.
The signed marriage license now boasts a gold registration sticker, making it “official.”

Fast forward five years later. On August 8, BLACKPINK held a special fansign event in Seoul, “OUR AREA,” to celebrate their eighth anniversary as a group.
At this event, the same fan who gave Lisa and Jennie their marriage license brought more paperwork: a divorce certificate!
Lisa, however, was not having that! She laughed, totally in disbelief, when the fan presented the divorce certificate, then ripped it up.
Lisa was all smiles throughout the interaction and even completed a hand-heart with the fan while looking into the camera.
