She then asked him for help and Bang Chan took some time to think about his answer and explained that feeling jealous is a “natural instinct,” but that it wasn’t going to make anything better.
While he added that he hoped they could see each other, the fan asked if anything could be done about YES24 and the international payments. Bang Chan then honestly explained, “Maybe, but I can’t fix all of your problems.”

Another fan on TikTok posted the video, praising Bang Chan for his response.

Netizens also couldn’t get over how the fan had the chance to speak to Bang Chan but used it to complain, praising the idol for being realistic when asked to “solve” the issues with the ticketing.
